A founding member of the Dancing Storytellers, Shyamala has created innovative storytelling performances through South Asian dance forms and theater. As teaching artist, Shyamala trains dancers and educators to incorporate dance into their curriculum in ways that are inclusive to students of all abilities and backgrounds.
